Feedback

1.Overview

The feedback page allows you to view,manage, and analyze all customer feedback collected by the restaurant.It presents feedback in a structured format making it easy to understand .

The page can be accessed at any time by clicking Feedback in the left side navigation menu.

The page displays all feedback received during selected time period, including:

  • Feedback type

  • Written components from the guests

  • Public review activity 

  • Guest details

  • Waiter

  • Card used to collect the feedback 

2.Navigation 



At the top of the Feedback page, you can find several tools that help filter, search, and grouping data.



The date selector allows you to choose a specific time period (start date and end date).

  • All feedback displayed in the table updates automatically based on the selected date range.

  • This makes it easy to review feedback for a specific day, week, or custom period.



The Search field helps quickly locate specific feedback entries.

You can search by:

  • Guest name

  • Waiter name

  • Phone number

  • Feedback text

  • Public review platform (Google, TripAdvisor, Website)

  • Feedback type (Love it!, Nice, Meh…)

The table updates in real time as search terms are entered.

The Group by option allows feedback to be grouped for easier analysis.

Available grouping options include:

  • Feedback type

  • Guest

  • Waiter

Grouping helps you identify patterns, such as which waiter receives the most positive feedback or which guests provide frequent reviews.

The Export button allows you to download feedback data for reporting or offline analysis.

The exported report respects the selected date range, search filters, and grouping options.

The Video tutorial button opens a video explaining how to navigate and use the Feedback page effectively.

How public review work:

When a guest submits feedback, they may be prompted to leave a public review.

  • If the guest clicks Google, TripAdvisor, or Website, they are redirected to the corresponding platform.

  • These actions are tracked and displayed in the Public Review column for each feedback entry.

This helps you understand which feedback resulted in public visibility.

At the bottom of the table:

  • You can control how many feedback entries are shown per page.

  • Navigation arrows allow moving between pages when multiple feedback entries exist.
