Guest Website

1. Overview

The Guest Website is the page guests open (by scanning the NFC cards) to leave feedback about their visit. It provides a fast and simple flow to collect feedback and, for positive experiences, guide guests to share a public review on platforms like Google / TripAdvisor / Facebook.

2. Navigation

Leave Feedback (Guest rating)

When the guest opens the Guest Website, they see the question:

“How was your experience with us today?”

They can choose one of the available options:

  • Meh… (negative)

  • Nice (neutral)

  • Love it! (positive)

Add a Comment (Optional)

After selecting a rating, a text box appears where the guest can type a message .To continue, the guest taps Send Feedback.


Provide Contact Details 

If the guest selects a positive experience (e.g., Love it!), they may be asked to leave contact details so the restaurant can stay in touch.

Typical fields: Phone Number and Name

The guest taps Send to submit the details.

Share a Public Review

After a positive feedback flow, the guest is encouraged to share their experience publicly.

They see a message: “Share your experience with the rest of the world!”

They can choose a platform button, for example: Google / TripAdvisor / Website

When the guest taps one of these buttons, they are redirected to the selected destination to leave a public review.
