1. Overview
The Dashboard is the first screen a manager sees after logging into TableTalk. It can also be accessed at any time by clicking on Dashboard in the left-side navigation menu.
The Dashboard provides a high-level overview of customer feedback, public review activity, and team performance for the selected time period.

2. Navigation
2.1. Initial Setup Steps
At the top of the Dashboard, there is a black navigation bar labeled Initial setup steps.

This section helps the administrator complete the main onboarding actions:

2.2. Date Selection
Below the setup steps, managers can select a date range.
All data displayed on the Dashboard (feedback, reviews, statistics, and charts) will update according to the selected dates.

2.3. Feedback Entries Chart
The Feedback Entries section displays the total number of feedback entries collected during the selected period.

The chart visually represents feedback for the selected date.
Feedback is split into three categories:
On the right side of the Dashboard, the three feedback types are also displayed individually. Each card shows the total number of feedback entries for that category.

When hovering the mouse over the chart, a tooltip appears showing the total feedback entries and the number of each type of review (number of Love it!, number of Nice, number of Meh…)
This allows managers to quickly understand both volume and sentiment.

2.4. Public Reviews Clicks
The Public Reviews Clicks section shows how many times customers clicked on external review links:
Google
TripAdvisor
Website
Facebook
Instagram

How it works
After a customer leaves feedback, they see the following message:
When a customer clicks:
Google – they are redirected to the restaurant’s Google review page.
TripAdvisor – they are redirected to the restaurant’s TripAdvisor review page.
Website – they are redirected to the restaurant’s website.
Facebook – they are redirected to the restaurant’s Facebook page.
Instagram – they are redirected to the restaurant’s Instagram page.
Each click is counted and reflected in the Public Reviews Clicks numbers on the Dashboard.
2.5. Team Performance
At the bottom of the Dashboard, there is a section that provides insights into individual waiter performance. The table includes:
Top Waiters
Code Scans
Feedback Entries
Public Reviews

Each waiter name is clickable. Clicking on a waiter redirects the manager to the Team Performance tab, filtered specifically for that waiter.
