Public Reviews

1. Overview

The Public Reviews page shows the number of reviews that were published on external platforms such as Google, Tripadvisor, Facebook, Instagram, or your website.

Important clarification:

TableTalk collects internal feedback first. After submitting feedback, guests are given the option to continue to an external platform and leave a public review there.

The purpose of this page is to monitor the online presence and measure how effectively the team generates public reviews.


The main section of the page is a performance table.

Each row represents a team member (Manager or Waiter).
The columns display:

  • Total Public Reviews – total number of public reviews generated.

  • Breakdown per platform (Google, Tripadvisor, Facebook, Instagram, Website).

The last row shows the total number of reviews for the entire location within the selected period.

2. Navigation

To access this page, select a location and click “Public Reviews” from the left-side menu.

At the top of the page, you can select a date range. All displayed data updates automatically based on the selected period.

In the upper-right corner, you will find:

  • Export – allows you to download the displayed data for reporting purposes.

  • Video Tutorial – provides quick guidance on how to use the page.
