1.Overview
The Guests page allows you to view and manage a list of guests who have interacted with your restaurant by leaving feedback. This page helps you understand guest activity over time and provides quick access to contact information.
You can access the Guests page at any time by clicking Guests in the left-side navigation menu.

The main section of the page displays a table containing all guests who have submitted feedback during the selected period.
Each row represents one guest and includes the following information:
Guest Name
Displays the guest’s name if provided.
If the guest did not enter a name, they are automatically labeled
Phone
Activity
2.Navigation
At the top of the Guests page, you will find tools that help you filter and search guest data.

At the top left of the page, you can select a time range.
The selected period determines which guests are displayed.
Only guests who have submitted feedback within the selected time frame will appear in the table.
All guest data updates automatically when the date range changes.

Next to the date selector, you will find the Search field. You can use search to quickly find guests by:

Search results update instantly as you type, making it easy to locate specific guests.

The Export button allows you to download the guest list for the selected time period.
